§ 2454. Department of Commerce: Rules and Regulations. The Department of Commerce shall adopt rules and regulations regarding those matters over which the department has jurisdiction. The Department of Commerce and Labor shall enforce the requirement of 4 CMC § 1805(e). Noncompliance with this subsection will result in the rejection or revocation of a business license as well as a possible civil penalty of $10,000. Businesses presently holding business licenses shall have until April 30, 1991, to comply. Source: PL 1-8, tit. 1, ch. 9, § 6; amended by PL 7-19, § 3, modified; EO 94-3.
