§ 2457. Tinian Resident Head of Department of Commerce and Labor to Issue License. The resident head of the Tinian office of the Department of Commerce and Labor shall issue all appropriate licenses to conduct a garment factory business on Tinian, pursuant to the findings and direction of the GFLTF. The GFLTF shall determine who is eligible for such licenses and the resident head shall issue the appropriate licenses. Source: Tinian LL 6-4, § 9, modified.
