§ 2459. License Restricted to Garment Manufacturing Only. All licenses issued by the resident head of the Tinian office of the Department of Commerce and Labor to licensees to operate garment factories in the Second Senatorial District shall strictly limit business activities to just garment manufacturing. Those holding licenses shall not enter into any other business or commercial activities of any sort whatsoever in the Second Senatorial District. Source: Tinian LL 6-4, § 11, modified.
