§ 2460. Sanction; Appeal. Licensees who are found to have supplied false information for purposes of obtaining a garment factory license or who have violated any of the requirements of this article imposed upon them shall, subject to the requirements of 1 CMC § 9111(b), have their garment factory license revoked. A licensee shall have recourse to the Commonwealth Superior Court, pursuant to 1 CMC § 9112, to review revocation of a license issued under this article. Source: Tinian LL 6-4, § 12.
