§ 2462. Commonwealth Casino Commission May Refuse to Disclose Certain Information Commonwealth Casino Commission may refuse to disclose or reveal certain matters in court or administrative proceedings. The Commonwealth Casino Commission may refuse to reveal, in any court or administrative proceeding except a criminal proceeding brought by the Commonwealth or the United States, the identity of an informant, or the information obtained from the informant, or both the identity and the information.
