§ 2508. Enforcement of Commonwealth Law. Any law enforcement officer employed by the Commonwealth government may issue a citation, make a stop based on reasonable suspicion, make an arrest, and exercise the full law enforcement power of the Commonwealth without regard to the jurisdiction of the agency employing the law enforcement officer.
