§ 25111. System of Controls and Procedures. (a) A casino operator shall submit to the Executive Director for the approval of the Commission a description of the system of internal controls and administrative and accounting procedures proposed by him in connection with the operation of the casino. (b) A casino operator shall notify in writing the Commission of any revisions to the system of internal controls and administrative and accounting procedures. (c) A casino operator may implement revisions to the system of internal controls and administrative and accounting procedures fifteen business days after written notice has been provided to the Commission pursuant to subsection (b). (d) Upon written notice by the Commission, the casino operator shall promptly make any required revisions to its system of internal controls and administrative and accounting procedures.
