TITLE 10: LOCAL LAWS DIVISION 2: SECOND SENATORIAL DISTRICT (TINIAN, ETC.)

§ 25116. Accounts to be Kept. A casino operator shall: (a) keep such accounting records as correctly record and explain the transactions and financial position of the operation of the hotel-casino complex or the casino, as the case may be. (b) keep his accounting records in such a manner as will enable: (1) true and fair financial statements and accounts to be prepared from time to time; (2) his financial statements and accounts to be conveniently and properly audited.
