§ 25117. Financial Statements and Accounts. A casino operator shall prepare financial statements and accounts giving a true and fair view of his financial operations in respect of the hotel-casino complex or the casino, as the case may be, which statements and accounts shall include: (a) trading accounts, where applicable, for the financial year; (b) profit and loss accounts for the financial year; and (c) balance sheet as at the end of the financial year.
