§ 25121. Wider Application of Certain Provision of This Article. (a) In this section, reference to “person other than the actual operator” is a reference to a casino licensee or a lessee under a casino lease or to each of them a casino licensee and a lessee under a casino lease, as the case requires, where there is a casino lease or a casino management agreement or both a casino lease and a casino management agreement. (b) The provisions of 10 CMC § 25114 to § 25120 apply to and impose obligations and liabilities on a person other than the actual operator in respect of all matters relating to the operations of the hotel-casino complex or the casino, as the case may be, according to his interest therein or association therewith to the same extent in all respects as they do in the case of the casino operator under a casino management agreement.
