§ 25141. Directions as to Operation of Casino. (a) The Commission may, by notice in writing, give directions to a casino licensee, a lessee under a casino lease or a casino operator under a casino management agreement in relation to the management, supervision or control of any aspect of the operation of a casino. (b) Each casino licensee, lessee or casino operator as aforesaid shall comply in all respects with a direction so given by the Commission. (c) If a person, convicted of an offense for failure to comply with a direction under subsection (b) of this section, persists in the failure to comply that constitutes the offense, he shall be taken to commit a separate offense on each day on which the failure continues.
