§ 25154. Copy of Direction to Executive Director. A copy of the direction in writing given under 10 CMC § 25151 or § 25153 shall be given to the Executive Director by the casino operator or other person who given the direction pursuant to 10 CMC § 25143 by the Resident Department Head of the Department of Public Safety Tinian, as the case may be.
