§ 25160. Excluded Person Not Be Allowed in Casino. A casino operator or employee or agent of a casino operator employed in or acting in connection with the casino shall not allow or suffer any person who to his knowledge is subject of a direction in writing under 10 CMC § 25151 or § 25153 in respect of that casino to enter or remain in the casino.
