§ 25163. Cheating. Any person who in a casino: (a) by any fraudulent trick, device, sleight of hand or representation; (b) by any fraudulent scheme or practice; (c) by the fraudulent use of any machine, equipment or other thing; or (d) by the fraudulent use of any instrument or article of a type normally used in connection with gaming or appearing to be of a type normally used in connection with gaming obtains for himself or another person or induces any person to deliver, give or credit to him or another person any money, chips, benefit, advantage, valuable consideration or security is in violation of this chapter.
