§ 25165. Detention of Persons by Casino Operator, etc., in Relation to Offenses Under 10 CMC § 25162 and 10 CMC § 25163. (a) Any of them: (1) a casino operator; (2) an employee or agent of a casino operator; or (3) an inspector, may in a casino detain in a suitable place therein any person who is or whom he suspects on probable cause to be contravening or attempting to contravene 10 CMC § 25162 or § 25163, using such force as is reasonably necessary for that purpose, until the arrival of the police force at the place of detention. (b) The person so detaining shall take such steps as are necessary to ensure the summoning and arrival of a member of the police force with as little delay as possible.
