§ 25169. Offenses Relating to Cheating by Casino Operator, etc. Any casino operator or employee or agent of a casino operator who in a casino conducts any game in such a manner as to win or attempt to win from any person to himself or any other person any money, chips or other valuable thing by any fraud, unlawful device or ill practice is in violation of this chapter.
