§ 25174. Effect of Casino License. (a) The operation of a casino pursuant to a casino license, in accordance with this chapter and any other applicable act and the agreement as referred to in 10 CMC § 2532 relating to the particular license does not, in itself, constitute a public or private nuisance. (b) Subject to subsection (c) of this section, nothing contained in 10 CMC § 2531 operates to validate or render enforceable a contract related to gambling that would, apart from that section, be invalid or unenforceable. (c) A contract to which subsection (b) of this section refers and to which the casino operator is a party is enforceable against the casino operator. Source: TLL 21-9, § 4 (§ 25174) (Mar. 30, 2020).
