§ 25175. Protection of Officers, etc. (a) No liability shall be incurred by the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, the Commission, the Commonwealth Department of Public Safety, any inspector or any other officer of the Tinian Casino Gaming Control Commission, the Enforcement Division, or any member of the police force or other person acting in aid of an inspector pursuant to this chapter on account of anything done for the purposes of this chapter or done in good faith and purporting to be for the purposes of this chapter. (b) No liability shall be incurred by any person referred to in 10 CMC § 25165 or § 25166 who, acting pursuant thereto or acting in good faith and purporting to act pursuant thereto, detains any person or exercises any other power thereunder.
