§ 25182. Evidentiary Provisions. In the proceedings under this chapter: (a) it shall not be necessary to prove the appointment of the Commission, the Executive Director, any inspector or any officer of the Tinian Casino Gaming Control Commission, the Commonwealth Director of Public Safety, or any member of the police force; (b) a signature purporting to be that of any person in any capacity referred to in subsection (a) of this section shall be taken to be the signature it purports to be until the contrary is proved.
