§ 25202. Reporting Requirement. The Secretary of Finance in collaboration with the Director of the Division of Customs shall report, on the collection and expenditure of all fines collected pursuant to 1 CMC § 25201, on a quarterly basis to the Presiding Officers of the Legislature.
