§ 2521. Disaster Control Office. There is in the Commonwealth government the Disaster Control Office which, for administrative purposes only, shall be within the Department of Public Safety. Executive Order 94-3, the “Second Reorganization Plan of 1994” (effective August 23, 1994), reorganized the Commonwealth government executive branch, changed agency names and official titles and effected numerous other revisions. According to Executive Order 94-3, § 216: Section 216. Emergency Operations. The Disaster Control Office and the Office of Civil Defense are consolidated in a Division of Emergency Operations within the Office of the Governor, which shall have at its head a Director of Emergency Operations.
