§ 2522. Disaster Control Office: Disaster Control Officer. The Disaster Control Office shall be supervised by a Disaster Control Officer to be appointed by the Governor with the advice and consent of the Senate. The officer shall be under the general supervision of the Governor and shall coordinate activities with the Director of Public Safety. Source: PL 1-40, § 6, modified.
