§ 2555. Treatment Plan. Whenever a person is admitted for inpatient treatment or accepted for outpatient treatment, the treatment facility shall promptly prepare within five days an individualized treatment plan which shall be made a part of the patient’s record. Source: PL 8-38, § 5.
