§ 2560. Duration of License. (a) A casino key employee license or a casino employee license shall remain in force until: (1) the licensee dies; (2) it is canceled by the Commission or surrendered by the licensee; (3) licensee ceases to be employed in a casino in Tinian; or (4) the expiration of term of license as may be prescribed in 10 CMC § 2556.
