§ 2562. Letter of Censure. (a) The Commission, in lieu of canceling or suspending a license under 10 CMC § 2561, may, if it considers the circumstances are such as not to warrant cancellation or suspension, direct to the casino key employee or casino employee a letter of censure censuring him with respect to the matter in question. (b) The Commission shall cause a copy of the letter of censure to be forwarded to the casino operator. (c) The letter of censure shall become a permanent part of the records of the Commission in relation to the person censured.
