Renewal of Licenses and Registrations. Subject to the power of the Commission to deny, revoke or suspend any license or registration, any license other than a casino license or any registration may be renewed upon proper application for renewal and the payment of fees in accordance with the rules of the Commission, but in no event later than the date of expiration of the current license or registration.
