§ 2574. Slot Machine Manufacturer Enterprise. (a) A slot machine manufacturer enterprise may enter into a written agreement with a casino operator for a direct or indirect interest in or percentage or share of the revenues, profits or earnings from or of the casino; provided that: (1) The slot machine manufacturer enterprise is duly licensed as a casino service industry in accordance with the provisions of 10 CMC § 2571(a); (2) The slot machine manufacturer enterprise did not obtain a casino service industry license pursuant to the reciprocity provisions of this chapter; (3) The agreement is provided in advance to the Commission for approval; and (4) Any revisions to the agreement shall be approved by the Commission.
