§ 2581. Surplus Property Agency: Designation. The Department of Finance is designated as the “state agency” for the purposes of Subsection 203(j) [40 U.S.C. § 484(j)] of the Federal Property and Administrative Services Act of 1949, as amended, hereinafter referred to in this article as the “federal act.” Source: PL 2-3, § 1, modified.
