§ 2582. Surplus Property Agency: Functions. The Director of Finance may: (a) Acquire from the United States of America any property allocated to the Department of Finance pursuant to the federal act; (b) Warehouse property so acquired; and (c) Distribute property to those entities and institutions which qualify for eligibility to receive the property under the federal act, or which may hereafter meet such qualifications.
