§ 2584. Surplus Property Agency: Assistance to Applicants. The Director of Finance may disseminate information and assist potential applicants concerning the availability of federal surplus real property, assist in processing applications for acquisition of real and related personal property of the United States under Subsection 203(k) [40 U.S.C. § 484(k)] of the federal act, and subsequently assist in assuring utilization of the property.
