§ 2587. Surplus Property Agency: Contract and Cooperative Agreements. The Director of Finance may enter into contracts and other agreements for and on behalf of the Commonwealth, including the cooperative agreements within the purview of Subsection 203(n) [40 U.S.C. § 484(n)] of the federal act with federal agencies, as well as agreements with other SASP or groups and associations thereof which will promote the administration of this article.
