§ 26027. Transfer of Documents to the Health and Vital Statistics Office. The clerk of court’s office shall transfer to the Health and Vital Statistics Office all documents and records pertaining to birth registrations and issuances of birth certificates within their possession as have previously been recorded but which hereafter shall be recorded with the Health and Vital Statistics Office.
