§ 2647. Division Chief: Duties. Except as otherwise provided in the Commonwealth Environmental Protection Act, 2 CMC § 3101 et seq., the chief shall be responsible for the day-to-day administration, implementation, and enforcement of all powers and duties relating to environmental protection prescribed by law to the department, the director, or the Board of Health and Environmental Quality.
