§ 2681. Division of Land Registration. (a) There is in the Department of Lands and Natural Resources a Division of Land Registration, headed by a director (formerly the Senior Land Commissioner) serving under the supervision and control of the secretary. (b) The Division of Land Registration is a successor to the Land Commission. All powers and duties assigned to the Land Commission shall be considered as assigned to the Division of Land Registration. (c) There are within the Division of Land Registration Deputy Directors of Land Registration (formerly Deputy Land Commissioners). Source: PL 10-57, § 3 (2681).
