§ 2691. Division of Zoning. (a) [RESERVED]. (b) [RESERVED]. (c) The Zoning Board of Rota, established by Rota Local Law No. 8-2, is not affected by this section. (d) Any reference to zoning in Section 401 of Executive Order 94-3 shall be inoperative during any period of suspension of the Saipan Zoning Law (Saipan Local Law No. 8-7). The Secretary of Lands and Natural Resources shall, within one year after the effective date of this subsection, submit to the Governor recommendations for a simplified system of zoning for the Third Senatorial District.
