§ 2712. Deception Regarding Food. No person shall label, package, treat, process, distribute, sell or advertise any food, afok or bweesch, in a manner that is false, misleading or deceptive or is likely to create an extraneous impression regarding its character, value, quantity, composition, merit or safety.
