§ 2713.
§ 2713. Food Labeled or Packaged in Contravention of Regulations. An article of food, afok or bweesch, that is not labeled or packaged as required by, or is labeled or packaged contrary to, the regulations shall be deemed to be labeled or packaged contrary to subsection (1). Commission Comment: It is not clear what is being referred to in this section’s cross-reference to “subsection (1)”, as this section has no subsections.
