§ 2728. Director’s Authority. The Director is authorized to establish a program of licensing or permitting the use of the Kagman Commercial Farm Plots to residents of the Commonwealth for a period of at least five years. The permits or licenses shall be restricted to agricultural purposes and shall not be assignable or transferable and shall not be used by any person other than the permit or license holder.
