§ 2793. Proof of Service. For the purposes of this chapter, service of any certificate referred to in 3 CMC § 2790 may be proved by oral evidence given under oath by, or by the affidavit or solemn declaration of, the person claiming to have served it. Source: PL 11-40, § 2 (§ 523), modified.
