§ 2796. Offense by Employee or Agent. In a prosecution for a contravention described in 3 CMC § 2795, it is sufficient proof of the offense to establish that it was committed by an employee or agent of the accused whether or not the employee or agent is identified or has been prosecuted for the offense.
