§ 2797. Certified Copies and Extracts. In a prosecution for a contravention described in 3 CMC § 2795, a copy of a record or an extract therefrom certified to be a true copy by the inspector who made it pursuant to 3 CMC § 2771(c)(4) is admissible in evidence and is, in the absence of evidence to the contrary, proof of its contents.
