§ 28006. Rulemaking Authority. The Commissioner shall prescribe and promulgate reasonably necessary rules and regulations to implement and enforce the provisions of this Chapter for the entire Department including all of its divisions. Source: PL 18-73 § 3(106) (Jan. 25, 2015).
