§ 28023. Division of Fire Prevention and Arson Investigation: Staff. Subject to budgetary appropriation, the Deputy Commissioner of the Division of Fire Prevention and Arson Investigation, with the approval of the Commissioner of Fire and EMS, shall employ qualified staff as necessary to perform the duties and responsibilities of the division.
