§ 28043. Division of Logistics and Support: Staff. Subject to budgetary appropriation, the Deputy Commissioner of the Division of Logistics and Support, with the approval of the Commissioner of Fire and EMS, shall employ qualified staff as necessary to perform the duties and responsibilities of the division.
