§ 28068. Exemption to Sign, Marking Requirements. (a) Signs posted prior to the enactment of this article will be allowed to remain until there is a need for replacement. When replaced, the new sign must then meet the requirements set forth in this article. (b) Markings will be allowed to remain until there is a need for repainting.
