§ 28071. Enforcement. (a) A police officer from the Department of Public Safety or a firefighter from the Department of Fire and EMS shall immediately remove, or cause the removal of, a vehicle in violation of any provision in this article. (b) A police officer or firefighter shall issue a citation to the registered owner of the vehicle for a violation of this article. Source: PL 19-69 § 2 (Sept. 28, 2016), modified.
