§ 2872. Duties. The Division shall be responsible for: (a) The administration, maintenance, and operation of the secured housing of all aliens detained pursuant to the Commonwealth Entry and Deportation Act, as amended; and (b) The administration, maintenance, and operation of the secured housing of all persons ordered by the court to be committed for contempt or for civil commitment grounds as provided by law.
