§ 2874. Uniform Law; Construction of Chapter. To the extent that a provision of this chapter conforms to the Uniform Rights of the Terminally Ill Act, that provision shall be applied and construed to effectuate its general purpose to make uniform the law with respect to the subject of this chapter among states enacting it.
