§ 2903. Appointments: Consent by Senatorial District Required. If an appointment requires the advice and consent of the majority of the members of the legislature from the senatorial district in which the appointee is to serve, the members shall convene upon receiving notice that a submission has been received, whether or not the Senate or House is in session.
