§ 2934. Redesignation (to Department of Public Safety, Division of Boating Safety). A portion of land presently assigned to the Commonwealth Ports Authority on Tinian, which starts at the high water mark of the boat launching ramp, and extends to the West Port of Tinian shall hereby be designated and assigned to the Department of Public Safety, Division of Boating Safety.
